First verification your ignition coil, and distrubitor. If these work, then check your spark plug wires and spark plugs, fashion sure the spark plug gap is set to factory sepcs.

you dont say if you have changed the fondle or bore or what heads you are using but with the info you have givin it sounds like about 280-290

I'd say the two first answers are somewhat close. The second being more realistic. Heads will really add the juice to it though, but remember to pick the right amount of issue for your setup.
